Please be aware that all custom or personalized items are non-refundable. Once an order for such items has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Due to the unique and personalized nature of these products, they are not suitable for resale, and any returns would result in their disposal. We encourage you to double-check and confirm all customization details before finalizing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
Custom and Personalized Orders Disclaimer:
Thank you for choosing our custom and personalized items! To ensure a smooth process, please provide all necessary information upfront. This includes specifying the product type (e.g., tumbler, t-shirt, keychains) and indicating preferred font colors, background color choices (if applicable), and any other relevant details.
Most orders are typically completed within 1 week, but larger orders (greater than 10 items) may take up to 4 weeks. A minimum of half the total amount is required as a down payment, with the remaining balance due upon pickup. For shipped orders, the remaining balance plus shipping fees must be settled before the shipping label is generated.
Once we start working on your order, no changes or additions can be made. Please review your specifications carefully before confirming. All sales of custom and personalized items are final, ensuring each creation meets your unique expectations. Thank you for understanding and entrusting us with your personalized items!
Spelling and Punctuation Disclaimer:
Attention to detail is crucial! Please carefully double-check your spelling and punctuation on all personalized orders. We will produce items exactly as they are sent to us, and we will not correct any typos or misspellings that we didn't make ourselves. Your careful review ensures that your personalized items are crafted precisely to your specifications. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Processing Time:
Processing time is 1 to 10 business days, this does not include shipping time. We are not able to control the shipping time. Processing time may take longer than the above stated if we have to order anything to make your products, however, we will let you know if that is the case.
Image Quality Guidelines for Custom Orders
To ensure the best results for your custom product, all images must be high quality and at least **300 DPI**. Images should not be blurry, pixelated, or screenshots.
Please note that each time an image is shared through different platforms or messaging apps, its quality may decrease. For example, if you take a photo, send it to a friend via text, and they forward it to me through email or another text, the image may become noticeably lower in quality. The same applies if you upload the image to Facebook, then download it again or send it to me through Facebook Messenger.
To avoid quality loss, always send the **original image file** directly from your device, preferably by email or uploaded through my website.
Image Disclaimer for Sublimated Products
Please note that **Creative Expressions by K.K. L.L.C. does not provide photo editing services**, aside from occasional cropping when necessary to ensure proper sizing and image placement.
**What you see is what you get**:
How your image appears on your screen is how it will be printed and pressed. If the image is dark, overly light (washed out), blurry, pixelated, or poorly lit, it will print exactly as submitted. We **do not adjust lighting, colors, sharpness, or clarity.**
We also **do not remove or replace backgrounds**. The image you provide will be used **as-is**, aside from minor cropping when needed to maintain proportion and fit for the sublimated product.
This policy applies to **all sublimated items** we offer. To ensure the highest quality results, please send clear, high-resolution images that are at least **300 DPI**.
