Candle & Wax Melt Burn Time Disclaimer:

Please note that all estimated burn times provided are based on general guidelines and can vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to room temperature, air flow, wick size, wax type, and usage frequency. Actual burn times may differ from the estimated time provided.

We recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and allowing the candle to burn until the wax pool reaches the edge of the container to ensure an even burn and prevent tunneling. For wax melts, we recommend using 1-2 cubes at a time and replacing them when the scent fades.

It is also important to never leave burning candles or wax melts unattended and to keep them out of reach of children and pets. We advise against burning candles or wax melts for longer than 4 hours at a time.

By purchasing and using our candles and wax melts, you acknowledge and accept the responsibility for safe use of the product. Creative Expressions by K.K. is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.

Upon reviewing the initial mockup and subsequent revisions, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our design services. Our policy outlines the process for mockup revisions and provides a guarantee of order refund in case your expectations are not met.

 

Mockup Revisions:
After receiving the first mockup, you are encouraged to carefully review it and request any necessary changes to align the design with your vision.

Once the adjustments have been made, we will present you with the second mockup for further evaluation.

Should you find any aspects of the second mockup unsatisfactory, we are prepared to create a third mockup to address your concerns.

Order Refund Guarantee:
In the event that the third mockup does not meet your expectations, and you are still dissatisfied with the design, we will initiate a refund of your order. This only applies to Mock ups, if an order has already been placed, and is being processed there are no refunds, or cancelations.
